Terms of Use (EULA) for AI Sticker Maker

Effective Date: 30/07/2024

1. Introduction Welcome to AI Sticker Maker. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our app. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Plans We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Weekly Subscription: Unlimited AI sticker creation and ad removal for one week.
  • Monthly Subscription: Unlimited AI sticker creation and ad removal for one month.

3. Auto-Renewal and Payment

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.

4. Managing Subscriptions You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

5. Use of the App

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
  • Restrictions: You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

6. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the app are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Sticker Maker and its licensors. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Sticker Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
